This app will bring you the motivation for your daily workout! Press the green button, if you start your workout or the red one to pause or stop it. Hear the song "thats all right" from Merlin while your training. The timer shows you how long you have been doing your workout and the time will be written in a small table, where you can see your progress. If you reach your goal easy, you should increase it day by day. So you can reach your goal every day and can track how hard you were. Dont forget: many small steps are a big one!!!
